BeverlyHeels Returns, Refunds, Changes and Cancellations Policy


At Beverly Heels we always want you to be happy with your purchases at our online store. If you have questions regarding any of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any of your questions. You will normally receive a response within 24hrs.

 

Returning or Exchanging Shoes:

If you have problems with your purchase at Beverly Heels, please let us know immediately via our online contact us email. Please include your purchase date and order # and a brief description of the problem. Any product returns must be in new condition with all original packaging. We charge a 20% restocking fee, as our manufacturers impose this fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge back to us or the manufacturer. If you received free shipping on the items, our shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shoes that are ordered "for Pickup in North Hollywood" can be canceled within the first 24 hours. We order the shoes from the manufacturer, so a later cancellation will result in a 20% restocking fee + $10 shipping fee for each shoe manufacturer we have to return to and $2.50 for each additional shoe to the same manufacturer. Do not throw away the original shoe-boxes. Ellie charges $5 for each box that is not returned. Pleaser and other manufacturers do not accept returns without the original box.
NOTE: Please do not send shoes back without an RMA number. We will refuse unexpected packages, or charge a higher restocking fee.

Costumes / Lingerie / Leather Clothing:

We do not accept returns or exchanges of costumes, lingerie or leather clothing items for health reasons.
 

Returns on specific brands and categories

For shoes made by "Highest Heel", "Karo Shoes", "Tony Shoes" and "New Rock" we cannot accept returns, because the manufacturer does not accept returns/exchanges. If a strap is too long for your ankle, please make holes to ensure a correct fit. For all other manufacturers, you can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days.

There are no returns on items in the SPECIALS area.  These items are normally shipped without their shoe box or other packaging.

All returns must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) which you will receive after you have contacted us. We cannot accept packages that do not have an approved RMA#.

At Beverly Heels we always do everything we can to ensure our clients are happy with their purchases.
 

Changes and Cancellations:

If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us first, so that we may update you on the status of the order. If the items have already been shipped to you, or have been shipped from the manufacturer to Beverlyheels.com for shipping to you, the regular restocking fee applies for changes and cancellations. Sometimes our manufacturers are unable to deliver all the items that they should have in stock, and in this case, we will ship out as much of your order as we can, and either refund any backordered items, or ask you to select alternate styles. Our goal is to fulfill your order as fast as possible, so changes and cancellations should be confirmed with us.
 

Shipping and Guarantees:

We guarantee that your package will be shipped with the shipping method you select. We do not guarantee that your package will be shipped the next day. Processing time is 1 to 3 days for most orders. For express packages, the manufacturer is usually able to ship the next day, but this is not guaranteed, as the manufacturers have their own shipping process and processing times.
 

Pre-Order Shipping:

When you order pre-orders (items coming in at a later date), the items will be shipped as soon as the manufacturer gets those items in. Sometimes the Pre-Order Date will change. If you order shoes that are currently in stock together with Pre-Orders, we might have to ship all the shoes together depending on your location.
 

Back-Orders and Discontinued Items:

If for any reason we cannot ship out your item(s) immediately, we will notify you via email. We will fulfill the order as soon as we can. Please contact us to change or cancel backorders if you do not want them shipped to you at a later date.
 

Sales Taxes, Customs or Import Taxes

Only orders shipped to California will have taxes added to their order. Interstate and foreign orders are shipped with no USA Sales Tax added. International orders may be subject to import taxes or sales taxes (VAT) when they arrive in your country. You are responsible for these fees, if any.
 

Shipping Promotions:

From time to time, we offer Free Shipping on large orders, ie: merchandise-totals over $50 (or $150 if using a coupon). If you return shoes so that the order-total drops below the promotion level, we will charge the regular shipping cost for the shoes that were shipped. You are responsible for return shipping charges when returning shoes, unless the shoe was defective or you received an incorrect item. In that case, we cover all shipping charges.
 

Shipping without (Shoe) Boxes:

For international orders, we offer the option of shipping without boxes. This normally saves several pounds in the shipping weight and makes the shipping cost lower. The manufacturers require that any returns are in the original box, so there are no returns on orders shipped this way.
 

Fraud:

Like all online stores, we are hit by fraudsters. Here is our current list of known internet fraudsters.
