We use DISCREET packaging! The return address will only say "BH", not Beverlyheels.comInternational Orders: All international orders are shipped to our office, and then packed and shipped to you via the US Postal Service. Please allow business 2-5 business days for us to receive your shoes before we ship them out. International Express packages take 3-5 business days to arrive, while regular international packages take 4-10 business days once shipped. If your order contains Ore-Orders, please allow time for all these items to arrive before we ship the complete order as one package.
You can select "No Packaging" if you want us to discard shoe boxes (and other packaging) to save on shipping costs. This will make a smaller and lighter package to ship internationally. Items shipped this way cannot be returned, as the manufacturers require the original packaging boxes for returns.
Tracking: To get full tracking updates on packages, please select Priority Mail or Express Shipping, because Economy shipping sometimes only shows tracking until the package leaves the United States. This can worry some customers. The package will definitely show up with First Class Mail too, but you cannot follow it once it leaves the United States.
Return/Refunds: We offer a 15-day refund or exchange policy for shoes from most companies. We do not accept returns of lingerie/clothing items.
