SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping over $50 - over $150 using a coupon
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50. If you use a coupon, Free Shipping is over $150.
This is due to the large discounts we offer and the cost of shipping. We will still discount the shipping you are charged, if you use a coupon and do not reach $150 in product.
We ship to most countries in the world
To guarantee delivery, we must have your complete and correct address entered in the order. We are not responsible for errors you might have entered. We are also not responsible for any over-zealous customs agents that refuse to let simple packages into the country. You will have to try to work with any local customs issues to clear the package. We will write the contents accurately. If a package is returned to us, we will expect to wait a while for the package to be returned, and when it does arrive, we will see the issue marked on the package - and if for some reason the issue was caused by us, we will cover re-shipping.
Shipping fees are based upon weight and dimensions and are displayed during the checkout process before you pay.
We offer "no-packaging" shipping. This means we discard any box or other packaging to minimize weight and shipping cost. No returns area accepted if we ship this way, as the manufacturers require original packaging to return product.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed for shipment Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
We pick up from Pleaser, Ellie, Xpole, Karo and BeWicked twice a week - usually Tuesdays and Fridays.
Ground orders are normally shipped via the US Postal Service, and 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight shipments are normally shipped via UPS.
Specials can be shipping out the same day. Orders we pick up from manufacturers ship on the pick up day.
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking information provides an estimated delivery date. We ship with the Unites States Postal Service and UPS.
Pickup in North Hollywood
You can also pick up your order from us. Select the last shipping option in the list: "Pickup in North Hollywood".
We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up. This could be the same day or in several days depending on when you order and when we do our next pickup run.
Specials
Items marked as SPECIALS are items we stock, customer returns or cancellations, and will sometimes ship without the shoe box.
Specials are marked down in price and we cannot accept returns on these items.
Pricing Errors
If there are any pricing errors, we will let you know and refund the item or try to give you the item at cost, with our apologies.
Sales Tax
We only charge Sales Tax in California.
