SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50. If you use a coupon, Free Shipping is over $150. This is due to the large discounts we offer and the cost of shipping. We will still discount the shipping you are charged, if you use a coupon and do not reach $150 in product.
We ship to most countries in the world.
To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses.
Shipping fees are based upon weight and are displayed at the cart and at the end of the checkout process.
All orders are processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Ground orders are normally shipped via the US Postal Service, and 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight shipments are normally shipped via UPS. We can also ship with Fedex if needed. Orders that we receive prior to 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time typically get shipped out the same day if they are 3-day, 2-day or Overnight Air.
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking information provides an estimated delivery date. We ship with the Unites States Postal Service, UPS or Fedex at our discretion.
You can also pick up packages from our Office Location upon request.
Shoes marked as SPECIALS are customer returns or cancellations, and will sometimes ship without the shoe box. Specials are marked down in price and we cannot accept returns on these items.
